Mai 2017 haben wir die Benutzung unseres seit 2009 durchgängig verwendeten Unternehmenskennzeichen “PACE – Premium Automotive Concept Esser” bis zur endgültigen Klärung des Rechtsstreits eingestellt. Für den Fall, dass die einstweilige Verfügung des Landgerichts Berlin aufgehoben werden sollte, behalten wir uns die Wiederaufnahme der Verwendung unseres ursprünglichen Unternehmenskennzeichens ausdrücklich vor.
